"My recent experience dining at Sticks was by far the worst experience I have had at a restaurant/bar establishment. We waited a total of 25 minutes before being greeted by our server. However, in the meantime, after 10 minutes I went to the bar asked for some menus while being reassured our server would be right over. After another 10 minutes I return to the bar ask if I can order with her since we still have not been greeted. The bartender told me no that I would have to wait for our server! Obviously I was not okay with this. I convinced her to put in an appetizer to get us started, the spinach feta rolls (which were still doughy when delivered! On my way back to our table I asked a server if we were in her section she was beyond rude, however, yes it was her section. After another few minutes she arrived took our orders she never returned. We had to get up to get our own napkins, silverware etc. It was insane how many times our server, Amanda, ignored us walked by our table without a simple glance. When we flagged her down for our check it took another 15 minutes to come back for our payment. We frequent Aubrees quite often considering it is the same management as Sticks, we do not plan on returning."
