"I ordered cake de flores for my birthday today. The ladies at the shop are warm and welcoming. The cake looked beautiful but thats about it. In the web page it does not mention fruits are part of the filling (which i dislike), and thats why i wanted vanilla cake with dulce de leche filling. The taste of the cake was generic and thats me being generous."

"This is an adorable ice cream café! I really loved the decor and interior of the place. I wish it had a sit-down option so I could fully enjoy the indoor atmosphere. The soft serve ice cream is incredibly creamy and delicious. They make the ice cream in-house, and it tastes amazing. We tried the SNOW DROP and MANGO TREE from their premium milk soft serve selections, and we absolutely loved both flavors. The Cotton Candy topping was fantastic. We also ordered the Mango Galaxy drink with lychee, and it was super refreshing and full of flavor. If I lived closer..."

"The service was warm and welcoming, and the Dirty Chai was outstanding (and made with organic coffee, to boot!). The savory crepes were delightful, and the cozy atmosphere was further complemented by French music playing from the satellite radio. I would give it a perfect 10/10 and will definitely go back. "WE LOVE THIS RESTAURANT. Lobster roll, truffle fries with lemon aioli sauce, lemon drop cocktail every time I visit has been PERFECT. The lobster roll has huge lumps of lobster meat. Not mangled shredded like some places. Add a squeeze of lemon. You can taste the BUTTER on the perfectly grilled bun. Best fries I’ve ever had. Festive, meticulously clean, cozy, trendy environment. Friendly, prompt service. Someone remembered us from visiting 6 months ago last June. How special! Cold lobster roll, you can’t go wrong there. Curious if warm lobster roll is also an option? "My Vanilla Cream Donut was very good light and airy not too sweet. The Strawberry Cheese Spoonable Piece was ok, but I was very disappointed with the Strawberry Cloud Piece. It looks beautiful but mine has the texture of soggy angel food cake, not my favorite. I was exited to try the Taro Cream Bun but I guess they were out and substituted it for a piece of bread that had cream inside, texture was good (nice and fluffy), but it didnt have a whole lot of flavor. Overall the food quality and presentation seemed pretty nice, but I dont know if its worth the steep prices."

"I was really disappointed with my experience at this coffee shop. I had heard good things and was excited to try their pistachio latte, but it ended up being a huge letdown. The first time I ordered it, it was great full of chopped pistachios and cold foam. But every time after that, it was missing these key ingredients and I had to ask for them to be added. It's frustrating to have to constantly remind the baristas to make the drink the way it's supposed to be, especially when I'm paying over $7 for it. The latte ends up just being a basic syrup and milk with coffee, which is not worth the price in my opinion. I don't think I'll be returning to this coffee shop. I came here with a good mood and left with a bad one. This ruined my Sunday. Hope you spend more time on the training."

"I asked if I got some cup cakes could she change a hundred dollar bill.No she said you would have to spend over $50.00. ok it's just me I would have gotten four and gave away three.Calories are not worth it. No wonder everytime zi go in there no one is there and they are not doing anything.Marketing you need to train your employees better. One try everything you could to sell like ask the ppl to go get change or zi just started I don't have that much change on premises etc. Better than you spend 50 which I don't need and I'll do it"

"I took my girlfriend here after hanging out at CSUN. I heard great things about this place and I always go to the Bun Me place like next door so tonight was a great time to try it. The sweetsnow is very good and a different kind of dessert. Its not like your typical ice cream or shaved ice or frozen yogurt. I got the regular Strawberry with mini m&m as my topping and chocolate as my drizzle. My girlfriend got the regular Mango with strawberry and chili along with the condensed milk. She liked what she ordered but she like my order the most. You get a lot for the regular size do be aware of that. We'll be sure to come back to try their Macaron ice cream since it looks so good. Also be aware when they are preparing your order, they'll likely ask you to wait outside due to covid."

"We ordered an E.T. extraterrestrial themed cake for my husband's birthday. It was a throwback to his favorite childhood birthday. They did not disappoint! The cake closely resembled the character and tasted amazing. The staff was extremely friendly and easy to work with. "I visited the restaurant but didn't make a purchase this time. However, I have participated in events here in the past with my colleagues. I highly recommend the mini cupcakes. Personally, I find Gigi's cupcakes a bit too sweet (especially the icing), but I can manage the smaller ones. They also offer gluten-free cupcakes and serve cookies. The staff were very helpful, informative, and friendly."
