As a customer, I didn't expect to inspect my dish for missing ingredients. I mentioned this to our server, and it was a bit disheartening when I was told I should have pointed it out when the dish was served.I'd like to suggest that when a dish is served with one of its main ingredients missing, an apology and a discount on the bill would have been a more appropriate response. It's important to consider that as a customer, my focus isn't always on scrutinizing the food, especially when I have my infant with me.Arlington offers a variety of dining options, and we can easily choose alternatives where we don't have to worry about such issues. With a more customer-centric approach and a touch of empathy, I believe this place could achieve a higher rating. The food quality is indeed praiseworthy. No photos as we ate every grain of rice!"
