"When the burrito finally arrived—surprisingly after only three minutes—it didn’t look right. The melted cheese was unevenly positioned, mostly to one side, rather than evenly covering the top of the burrito. Additionally, there was neither ground beef nor sour cream as the waiter had described. After a few bites, I found the burrito to be cold and inedible.
I brought this to the waiter’s attention, and he spoke with the manager on duty. To my astonishment, the waiter informed me that there was nothing he could do about it. I was taken aback, especially since I had eaten less than half of the burrito. When the manager came over, he was quite rude and remarked, “You should have told us sooner.” I explained that I’ve dined there before and that he recognized my regular order. Despite my insistence, he was hesitant to offer a replacement and ultimately gave me a discount instead.
Feeling dissatisfied, I left the uneaten burrito behind and made it clear that I would never return to this establishment. This experience was marked by poor service, slow response times, and subpar food quality. Regrettably, I cannot recommend this place."
