"After 25 years in the food industry, I have to say that the fact she didn't change her gloves is a big red flag. It makes me wonder about what goes on behind the scenes during food preparation. The nachos were simple to prepare, just needing some cheese pumped on top since the chips are pre-packaged. However, I can’t help but question whether her gloves were actually clean.
As for the yogurt, it was a bit concerning. When she served the strawberries in my cup, I specifically asked for mango. Unfortunately, she used the same spoon that had touched the strawberries to serve the mango, which is less than sanitary. She just finished serving the strawberries and then plunged that same dirty glove into the mango container to grab the spoon! I was honestly shocked.
On the plus side, she was very polite and attentive, so I would rate customer service a solid 4 out of 5. However, the lack of glove changing after handling food is a major issue. When I asked for more cheese on my nachos, she got cheese on her glove, which had likely touched my food too. She also ripped a jalapeño back into the container using her dirty glove. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and goes against food safety guidelines."
