"I ordered Chicken Sàute for take out but they didn’t close the lid nicely. The bag started dipping onto my car. I went back to restaurant, manager was there, he said ‘sorry’ and gave the container to waiter to wrap it again. When waiter came back, he started accusing me that I probably shake the bag, instead of saying ‘sorry’. I said I didn’t, it was just not closed nicely. Any slow motion could cause dripping if you don’t close a liquidy food nicely. He kept accusing me that I was not holding the bag correctly. You need to learn how to say ‘sorry’ to a customer if there’s any fault instead of accusing them."
