It is absolutely disgraceful that the owner suggests that the croissant is made from butter. If that is in fact true, which I highly doubt, then I feel for the very sick cow. Possibly the sickest and worst cow in the history of cows. The hombre serving me was not surprised when I complained and did absolutely nothing to remedy the situation.
