"The build your own ramen is always a great choice for those who like to customize their flavor profiles. I went with the tonkotsu broth with chashu, bamboo shoots, green onion, and bean sprouts. I have been coming here for a couple of years now and have never been disappointed. You have your choice of indoor or outdoor seating. The atmosphere and the service is always good.
