"I visited Green Hills Bakery today during lunchtime to buy an apple pie. I was warmly greeted by a friendly young Irish man who was incredibly polite and welcoming. As an Irish person myself, I have encountered many Irish individuals at Green Hills, but this gentleman truly stood out with his exceptional customer service and lovely demeanor. Working in client relations, I believe it is important to acknowledge and appreciate outstanding employees and service, and today's experience definitely deserves a 5-star rating. I regret not catching his name, but I believe there aren't many young Irish men working at the register. Congratulations to him! I hope that management recognizes his great work.
