"Spent some money on a feast for a rehearsal dinner last Friday. Food was ready when we arrived on time, they loaded it all in the van. Seemed great until we removed the lid of the lasagna and saw the entire pan was very overcooked, cheese and edges were blackened. When we cut through it and started serving we could see the entire bottom layer was burnt, the meat texture overdone and dry.
