"updated review. I now come here 3-5 times a week. I order through the app. My sandwich is always ready when I walk in and today whoever made my sandwich made it with love or something. It was one of the best tasting sandwiches I've ever had. Lol thanks subway! I come here a few times a month. Always clean. The employees are always super helpful and polite. Certainly what customer service should be. They are fast when it comes to properly making a sandwich and very patient with people. I have never had a bad experience at this location. Thanks guys!"

"I placed an online order at a restaurant and shortly after, I received a call informing me that it would take about 40 minutes because they were out of bread. When I arrived 40 minutes later, my order was still not ready. I waited at the restaurant for 10 minutes, then moved to the lobby and waited for another 10 minutes before my order was finally ready. No one offered me anything while I waited. When I mentioned that I had been waiting for an hour and saw a DoorDash driver leave with their order before mine, the employee, Linda I believe, suggested giving me a cookie as compensation. The manager was standing next to her at the register. I will not be returning to this Subway and I hope the owner sees the need for new management. This level of service is unacceptable."

"Yikes, so let's start by saying this review is based on our last two experiences. Both App orders, for five sandwiches, and extras. Order one- placed 68 minutes before requested pickup time. Arrived and went inside, waited my turn no big deal. Now 10 minutes past pickup time, I could see what I assumed was our order on the counter. I was told our order wasn't ready, and to hang out and they would get it finished up. Fast forward 21 more minutes of waiting. I walked back up, and the same girl asked what I needed. oh here we go, I gave her my name again and sure as s she grabs the bag off the counter. Ok, so I sift through and see a sandwich is missing. I mentioned this and she takes the bag back. Now I have 3 employees flopping out $85 order around. She assures me they know what one is missing and will make it. I go sit back down, and another employee brings out a sandwich. I grab it and ask why is this? Oh, it's your flat bread. Now I'm pissed, the missing sandwich in question was not a flat bread. So long story short, I am now waiting for another sandwich to be made. Trip 2. Oh boy, oh boy. Again app order, 1 hour and 28 minutes before pickup. My wife picked up the order, it wasn't ready and she ended up waiting another 20 minutes. Now, she should have counted but she had to pick a child up so. Fast forward, they get home and my boys BLT is missing. She calls to have it remade so I can pick it up on my way home from work. The lady hangs up on her, This proceeded to escalate things way higher than I care for. But again that's her karma, anyway long story short, they basically told her they don't make enough to give a s and she could request a refund from the app. Forward- I get home after my shift and open my $18 turkey pro with bacon, to find it had no Mayo, no oil, no vinegar, and no bacon. And at that point the app didn't let me request a refund. So- if you own this store and are reading this, maybe your cheap a can either pay your employees better, or read up on quality control. I honestly cannot believe the reviews are so good for this location."

"I visited the restaurant to grab a sandwich, but right from the start, I didn’t receive any greeting or acknowledgment; instead, I could hear someone let out a loud sigh. The person who prepared my sandwich, named Logan, was completely unfriendly and didn’t say a word to me. As someone who frequents Subway, I can honestly say this was the worst experience I’ve ever had. I think Logan either needs a reality check or should consider finding a different job. I’m used to being greeted warmly and having a pleasant experience. A positive attitude towards customers is always appreciated, but unfortunately, Logan didn’t provide that. To make matters worse, my sandwich was poorly assembled. When I got home and opened it up, it was a complete disaster. No thanks!"

"The restaurant is very expensive, and they had a young employee making sandwiches who seemed inexperienced. I haven't been to a Subway in years, and this experience is a reminder of why I won't be going back. I would prefer to eat at 7-11, which is conveniently located nearby. It seemed like the owner was watching over the young employee and training him while we were trying to place our order, which was not the appropriate time for training."

"I can 't believe I 'm giving a Subway a 5-star rating but I almost wondered if I was at a corporate training center. I wish I 'd gotten the young man 's name who was working today (Friday, 4/30). You know how Subway calls their team, Sandwich Artists? If ever there was an artist, it was him. He made the most perfect, beautiful (can 't believe I 'm saying a Subway sandwich was beautiful) sandwich I 've ever seen. He did the same with a wrap. Nothing fell out when you ate. Wrapped perfectly. Not skimpy. But most of all, this young man that was working, was the most professional, nicest, best example of how an ideal employee should be. I don 't know what he 's paid, but it 's not enough. Is want to poach him away to my business. He was really that good. I 've never, ever had an experience, from start to finish, this excellent, at a Subway before and credit goes to this young man. Now, add to all of that super fresh produce with really green lettuce and spinach, really red, ripe tomatoes, clean tables and a clean facility overall and it was a 5 out of 5 for me."

"I believe the man I interacted with was the manager. I ordered 2 footlong sandwiches and he customized them exactly to my liking, which showed a strong attention to detail and customer satisfaction. He was an African American man, and I mention this not out of prejudice but as a fellow black individual myself. Whenever I return to the restaurant and see him working, I am always pleased and satisfied with my experience. Additionally, one of my favorite things about this place is their Subway sandwiches."

"If I could give it zero starts I would. Just left the subway and am extremely dissatisfied. Sierra had terrible service and a terrible attitude. Not a single smile no greeting. She was glaring at us and her voice and body language said she would rather be anywhere else them helping us out. Now to the food. our toasted sandwiches we're cold the condiments were skimpy I have 5 condiments on my sandwich and more on my fiance's. The sauce was all put in one spot my fiance had to spread it himself afterwards. We were told not to buy any chips because they were all nasty. When I asked for a soda she said they closed the machine out for the night. So I ended up buying a drink from the gas station ladies. And the sandwiches we're not labeled and I have an allergy to jalepenos which I told her about. I couldn't even eat my sandwich because I watched her put jalapenos on my fiance's sandwich but I didn't want to confront her because she looked like she would jump on me if I said anything guess he's eating two sandwhiches. WORST EXPERIENCE IVE EVER HAD!!!!"

"When I reached the register, I politely asked for a small cup of tap water to go with my meal. I avoid sugary fountain drinks because they’re unhealthy and just boost the restaurant’s profits. I prefer water with my turkey sandwich on whole grain bread. So, I was surprised when the employee told me I had to pay $1.99 for a cup of water. Seriously? It felt like a desperate attempt to squeeze extra money from customers. I asked to speak with the owner, who was standing right beside the cashier and saw the entire conversation. I asked if that was his final answer. He simply nodded without trying to justify this ridiculous policy, which ultimately hurt his own business that day. It was clear he cared more about charging for everything than about providing good service. As a result, I decided not to pay for the water or even the sandwich they’d just prepared. So, who really lost out here? I hope he enjoys the jalapeños on the turkey sandwich I left behind—both literally and figuratively. This franchise owner clearly lacks the skills to run a customer-friendly business, which is a shame. I quickly drove under two miles to another Subway on Watson Rd, where the staff was friendly and welcoming. I enjoyed two delicious chocolate chip cookies and, of course, my tap water—no problems at all. I will definitely be returning there!"

"I like subway. It's kind of like my second home if I were homeless and traveled around a lot and stopped to eat when I'm hungry and dying to see some bad wallpaper. Anyhow, this location was pretty typical. An in gas station location but clean and nicer than I expected from the exterior. The girl behind the counter was nice and had some killer nails. The food was typical, vegetables fresh, bread fresh, employees fresh (just kidding, they were nice). I'd stop in here again if they situation presented itself."

"I've never given a bad review before. I always feel like even if places have an off day it's not the end of the world but after trying 3 times to order 1 simple sandwich and having the only employee there refuse to do so and talk to me like a child, I ended up just walking out without any food. My husband was absolutely floored over the entire experience, especially with both of us being in food service as well. I know when I was working at Subway back in high-school that kind of employee behavior would've NEVER been tolerated by my managers."
