"I don't like to give bad reviews and try to give the benefit of the doubt. But I had two horrible experiences here. Once was they double charged my card. The machine asked you to put a tip in, but, it was having issues and she put the bill amount in for the tip. So it was $60 tip. I didn't know that's what happened until she wanted me to sign the receipt, and I asked why the tip was what the bill was she said the owner would have to reimburse me for it, due to not being able to cancel the transaction. Today, I order lunch for myself while I was at work. (I work 2 mins from here. The lady on the phone took my order and said they were busy and it'd be ready in 45 mins. I get there 45mins later (while I'm on my lunch break and they have no knowledge of my order and even questioned if I called the correct place. I showed her my phone of me calling and what time. So, she went back the kitchen and they said they make my order. So, I had to wait while the made it and then had little to no time to eat my lunch, and they didn't even offer me discount on the mistake. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3"
