"I visited on Tuesday the 8th after treating myself with some birthday money I received on the 2nd, but I don’t think I’ll be returning. Although I’ve had issues with my orders in the past, the food has generally been good. Unfortunately, when I got home, I discovered that my order was completely wrong. I suspect this happened because one of the staff members was on the phone while preparing meals for everyone. There were four people behind me and one in front, yet my order was still incorrect. To make matters worse, I was overcharged for my frappe, which turned out far too sweet—I still have it sitting in my freezer. I ended up giving away the rest of my food and found the frappe to be terrible. What a waste of $22! I ended up ordering from Famous Dave's afterward and spent another $30. I am extremely dissatisfied; it’s such a shame to waste my birthday money like this. I don't think any excuses can justify this experience, especially since I’ve been a loyal customer since they first opened."
