"I had made Christmas Day brunch reservations through Open Table and received at least two confirmations. When we arrived at the Westfields Marriott at the reserved time, we discovered that the hotel had CANCELLED brunch for Christmas Day. I was there with my elderly mother and two other guests, and it turned into a disaster. We had to scramble to find another restaurant, which was quite difficult on Christmas Day with limited options available. I was extremely disappointed; no one reached out to inform me about the cancellation via phone or email. The management handled the situation very poorly, offering no compensation for our inconvenience. I do not recommend this venue and certainly will not be returning."
