"As an Italian, I didn't expect the mozzarella at Mimmo's Mozzarella Market to match that of a traditional caseificio in Naples, but what I received was a bland block that reminded me of the pre-sliced Galbani found at Publix. To make matters worse, it was overly salted to the point of bitterness. I had hoped for the signature stringy layers that reveal a juicy, buttery center, but there was none of that. The burrata was also rather tasteless, though marginally better than the mozzarella. The prosciutto was just average—more shredded than properly sliced. Perhaps I was simply unlucky that day; that can happen. However, given the high prices on the menu, I expect top quality. I don’t think I’ll be returning."
