"Not worth a rating. Just that bad. I am a local and went at 11 am today. Dirty tables and was bit recognized. 2 waitresses all I saw. People came in behind us and were spoken to. Please be aware that the service is horrible . Not much food on your plate. The all you can eat is a farce. Doesn't happen. They either ignore you or remove your plate. Your ticket is never brought to you and never asked if you'd like dessert. Need new help. Help needs a course on how to be a waitress. No wonder they never have much business. Only reason they had any today was because everyone else was packed. I will never go back and never recommend them."

"I went there on a date. This restaurant is located inside the Hilton hotel. The decor was fancy but the dress code is casual. Parking is free of charge. The restaurant is to the right when you walk in the lobby. It's family-friendly as well. Pricing is decent and not over the top. We got two smores more martinis and cognac 2. No food was ordered on this occasion. We paid $38 with a tip. We were in the restaurant at 9 pm and left about 10:30 pm. Shortly before, they closed 11pm.Kid-friendliness: Open for children to dine as wellParking: You'll see a gate saying they are going to close it at a certain time. But they never closed it while I was there."

"I visited Industry City during the recent Black Friday weekend, but I wasn't there for a full meal. Instead, I enjoyed a perfect hot coffee and a delicious chocolate cake from the Bay Market Sweetings kiosk. I was also pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the place and the friendly staff. Highly recommended!"
