"The waitress didn’t speak English, which made for a bit of a challenging start. Luckily, a kind gentleman at the bar helped translate my order. However, there was a mix-up, and I ended up receiving something different from what I had initially asked for. I decided to give the sandwich a try anyway, and I’m glad I did— it was quite good! Overall, the food was tasty and the service was helpful."

"I got the chicken burrito and the chicken tasted like it was cooked and then left in the fridge for a few days. The salsa tasted like generic tostitos salsa and was not fresh either. Overall, the quality and freshness should’ve been better for what is being charged."

"Will is a STAR! He was a fantastic server and such a nice, friendly guy. He attended to needs we didn’t know we had yet haha. He was so attentive. Refills arrived right on time when the glass before was almost empty. Perfect. He recommended a few things including the Baja Cobb salad which I decided to order. I haven’t had a salad that good in a long time. My boyfriend ordered a quesadilla and had lots of leftovers to bring home. He also took Will’s recommendation and was totally pleased with it. I’ve been here maybe 2-3 other times but never had such a positive experience. Make sure he trains all the newbies (with extra pay of course! because we def need more Wills in the world! I got a good feeling about him. You might want to get his autograph while you can before it’s too late!"

"Ok so let me say... I have had enchiladas in probably 30 or 35 states at literally hundreds of Mexican joints. These were some of the best red sauced ones I have ever had. Like not even kidding. The service was a bit slow but they had just one server and he was super friendly so it was understandable and totally okay. Salsa burned but we couldn't stop eating it! My wife who hates spicy food joined right in! Seriously awesome place! Kid-friendliness: Go ala cart for really good deals."

"Incredible Taco Tuesday night special! You can enjoy two tacos and a margarita for just $15. It's a great deal, especially considering that many places in the city charge that much just for a margarita. I suggest adding an empanada or another taco, though, as the two tacos alone weren't quite enough for me. I had the house margarita, two chorizo tacos, and a beef empanada, and I would definitely order all of them again!"

"Unskilled bartenders who couldn't make two simple drinks. I'm a bartender as well so I know how it should be. #1. I asked for a rum, triple sec pineapple juice. Instead of pouring the rum first, then triple sec then pineapple juice....she pours thepineapple juice first, then the triple sec then the rum. That's backwards. You don't have alcohol floating on top of someonesdrink unless they ask for it or your making a drink that requires it like a zombie with 151 rum on top. #2 The frozen margaritasshe made were too salty overpriced."

"I went with 2 of my friends and ordered multiple plates: fried calamari, it was good. salad with salmon, no dressing on the salad! fries, very small portion. BBQ ribs, very good, tasty, and well cooked. stake was really good. The servers were annoying. We waited too long for the food to coke out and food the food came out they started rushing us to finish the food. Overall, it was not a bad experience."

"We love this place. First floor for families second floor for a more lively atmosphere. On Sunday in Brunch. I have a table in the balcony on the second floor. They do $1 Mimosas $7 places from Sangria on Sunday. The kitchen was somewhat slower than usual, but it was a nice day, so it was not important. We enjoyed breakfast Tacos, which had Brisket Egg and Steak Eggs. They give you chips with Salsa Black Bean Dip. Salsa is not our favorite because of the heavy use of Cilantro. But the bean dive is delicious. Always a good time."

"I always enjoy having lunch or dinner on the back terrace here, but the interior is also fantastic—especially on a chilly winter day! However, the outdoor atmosphere is simply delightful. "I finally had the chance to try O'Manny's! It was a friend's birthday, and being early birds, we arrived at 3 PM. We had the place to ourselves for two hours, which was fantastic, but I also felt a bit sad because I truly want them to succeed! The margaritas were excellent, and the salsa and chips were delightful. The guacamole was fresh and served on a crispy, deep-fried tortilla, which was a treat! The tacos were great, especially the pastor with pineapple salsa—so fresh and flavorful! They even surprised the birthday friend with a piece of cake complete with a candle and a song! Overall, we had a wonderful experience and will definitely be back! Just a small suggestion: please turn on the air conditioning as soon as you open, as it took a while for the place to cool down."

"Only put five stars to get this seen. Been going to Fairfix for years, I have never had such a horrible experience at a cafe. Asked for a fruit salad and oatmeal but got a blow of fruit with milk. When I told them they didn’t get my order right they where rude but gave me oatmeal with defrosted blueberry. I ask for brown sugar and milk but was told to just use the stuff from the coffee section. Ended up leaving hungry and slightly ticked off at a place I have been going to for over ten years."

"First we had to wait for 20 minutes to get our drinks (only 2). They said bar was busy but we could see the bar and it wasn't that busy. Then, we waited for 1 hour to get our food.no one talked with us or said anything during that time. Whenever we asked about our food, they said its coming. When we started to leave the manager came to talk with us and said they had issues with the printer in the kitchen; it wasn't printing orders. We could see the printer from our table and it was printing. We ordered something very standard. We will not go there again."

"I really enjoy the food, but the service leaves much to be desired. My friends and I waited 15 minutes for our waitress, which caused us to be late for school. To make matters worse, I had to pay full price and they hardly apologized. Moreover, it's puzzling that they open at 9 AM when most people have already left for work or school by 7 or 8."

"I visited for breakfast and thoroughly enjoyed the two-egg breakfast that came with black beans, plantains topped with sour cream, avocado, and tortillas. I also tried the chicken tamales, and everything was fresh and incredibly delicious. The tortillas were homemade and made to order, which truly elevated my breakfast experience! The tamales were flavorful, and the chicken was cooked to perfection. I also had a cup of coffee, which was hot and fresh. The dining area is a bit small, but I highly recommend this place if you're in the mood for a traditional Salvadoran dish."
