"1. From the outside, the establishment looks a bit lonely and sketchy, with most of the parking located in the back, giving it a hole-in-the-wall vibe. However, once you step inside, it has a warm and inviting atmosphere.
2. The service was excellent; both the waitress and waiter spoke English and Spanish. They were very welcoming and friendly.
3. I had coffee, which was quite good although there isn’t much more to say about it.
4. The chips and salsa were fantastic—the salsa had a delicious kick to it. They even offer salsa for purchase in large containers to take home.
5. The menudo was cooked perfectly, full of flavor, and absolutely scrumptious (it was recommended by the waitress). I also received a side of diced jalapeños.
6. A highlight for me was the complimentary dessert table, which featured tres leches cake and banana nut bread. I tried the banana nut bread, and it was excellent— all at no additional cost.
Overall, I would give this place 4 stars out of 5. The prices are very reasonable."
