"finally tried the new las arcos and liked what they did to the building. The food was good and came out quickly but it took us ten minutes and 3 people later to get napkins. My daughter's drink spilled on the floor and they never brought us anything to clean it up with and we asked 3 workers.. We had to use our napkins to clean on the table and when they brought them we got 2 and there's 3 at the table. We had to direct people away from the river creeping into the isle way . The 3rd person got a bloody Mary , it didn't get served until after our food came and had to ask for it again. When she brought it , asked if everything was good and it was very good. She takes a drink of her drink and passed it around the table for us to taste and it tasted like the tomato juice was bad. It bubbled on your tongue and very bitter. Our server never came back until she dropped the check and when we told her the drink was bad she turned around and left. We got our stuff and at the cashier we asked to speak to a manager, she said we had to pay for it because when we were asked if everything was good we said yes. Ok she brought the drink after we asked for it again and she didn't taste it as soon as she had it in front of her, she was eating by then and she never came back until she brought the bill. We were outside but so were 2 other tables of people. I won't be back."

"I really like how it looked inside. This was my second time here. The first time I came here was through the drive through. Service was very good. Not too sanitary for the cashier to not have gloves on when she gives the chips and salsa. When we sat down at the booth the walls were dirty. Food came way too fast in my opinion. Food was cold too and tasteless. My husbands pollo fundido burrito looked like the chicken was canned...won't be coming here again."

"While I want to give some grace regarding the service and atmosphere since we ordered delivery, the food we received was a letdown considering the high prices. Although the meals were fully cooked, they lacked flavor and were visually unappealing. There was an abundance of rice and celery, but not much else of substance. In fact, there were more pieces of semi-cooked celery in our dishes than any other ingredient, including the meat. The chicken contained several large tendons and had more fat than actual meat. The Egg Drop Soup was disappointing, tasting more like thickened egg water and missing essential ingredients like sesame oil and a flavorful broth. The only redeeming aspect of our meal was the smoothies, but even they were small for the price compared to other places that offer equally good smoothies. Overall, the experience was one of expensive blandness. I would rather dine at almost any other Chinese restaurant in Albuquerque after this costly disappointment, and we didn't even order enough to feed everyone."

You don't find high quality like this at just $5..99!!! A giant heavy Stone molcatejce is filled with huge ,ripened diced avocado, tomato, onion,jalapeno ,cilantro ,and drenched in lime juice, as it should be"

"We like Someburros food. That said ordering on line and picking up left me shaking my head. Check your order before you leave. We did not get our large bag of chips tonight, phoned for credit and was told we could be added to the “IOU” list of those who had items missing. Or, we could “come back and get the chips”. I said I would like the credit applied to my card. Was told they couldn’t do that, so I asked for a manager. I was put on hold. The young lady returned, asked for my ticket number and said she ran the credit but if it didn’t show up, I was to call back because sometimes the machine doesn’t work. I paid in full plus a 20% tip when ordering. If the $6.00 isn’t returned to my card, it won’t break me (I do expect the credit). I expected a heck of a lot better service than the above when ordering. How many people are missing items, making it necessary for an “IOU” list to exist??"

"BEWARE!!! This used to be a weekly meal for us when we lived nearby prior to moving about 10 miles away. About 3 months had passed since our last visit. I was in the area with my wife and we decided to stop for a late lunch. It was 2:36 when we arrived to take advantage of the lunch specials, advertised to last until 3pm. Our order was finally taken and entered into their system at 2:47, documented by my receipt. We finished our meal and received our receipt at 3:28pm. I noticed our meals where priced higher than what they had listed. I pointed this out to my server who stated it was because it was after 3pm. I explained we arrived just after 2:30, and ordered well before 3pm...probably served our meals prior to 3pm as well. She went and spoke to another employee who came to our table and gave us the same story. I told him this was absurd, and that if this was their policy, it should be clearly outlined that you need to leave before 3pm or get charged the regular prices. This is probably against the law, and I could have probably insisted on an adjustment, but I had other commitments that I had to take care of. Due to this small dollar amount, nothing more than a greedy overcharge, they are not only getting this one star review, they are also losing a regular customer that has giving them business for 15 years . Just remember this review if you decide to visit and order a lunch special!"

"This place is quick and mildly inexpensive for the amount you get. They create your order starting the moment you hang up if you call it in, so be prepared for pick up in 20ish minutes or have cold food. They have a drive through window you can pick up from. They overcook the steak in the fajitas a little bit, but it is not bad. Things can be a little greasy, so have those tums handy."

"the first time at this place. surprisingly good. it took one because for our food and they forgot a drink. serviettes or other objects. the burgers were delicious. that was great and really good roasted. the stuffed pizza was ok. really greasy and soggy, but they were ok. Forgot to ask for ranch or bleu cheese...for the hot wings...but they were still good....the fries were soggy. the cheese on the kesefries tasted strange....but it was a ok stain...only space in the opposite late....so that a plus. I would definitely recommend. they were very busy. what a good sign. I would go back."

"Definitely meh. I had the three piece catfish combo, and my friend got the 1/4lb popcorn shrimp combo. The proteins were good, but the fries that came with them were soft despite being fried a deep brown, and had absolutely no salt on them. Gross. The coleslaw was just finely chopped cabbage and carrots, no sauce or seasoning of any kind. The rolls were pretty good, a bit sweet but I'm assuming they were Hawaiian rolls or something, so I liked them. I ended up putting the coleslaw on the roll and topping it with some of the included cocktail sauce, which was good. The tartar sauce was excellent. And, they were open super late. Overall, though, I probably would try a different restaurant before I came back here again."

"This restaurant was truly fantastic! I can't recommend it enough! The margarita we had was amazing—strong enough that we only needed one (I’m from Wisconsin, and we definitely enjoy our drinks, so we’re no lightweights!). I ordered the signature fajitas with three types of meat, while my companion chose the steak and chicken fajitas. Both options were delicious and far more food than we could manage! As a big guy who loves to eat, it’s rare for me to say we could have easily shared a platter of fajitas. This place is definitely one of the best Mexican restaurants we’ve ever visited!"
