"I ordered an extra-large pizza with sweet and tangy sauce and chicken fingers, but unfortunately, it arrived late. The crust was undercooked, and instead of chicken fingers, it came with plain pieces of chicken. To make matters worse, the box looked like it had been sat on! The whole experience was really disappointing. I had ordered online and was worried that I might have made a mistake, but after checking, I confirmed that my order was indeed correct. I'm really let down, especially since their chicken finger pizza is usually fantastic. This time, though, it was a major disappointment!"
