"When our loaded fries finally arrived, they were burnt and completely lacking toppings. My dad’s baked potato was simply a raw potato! We only ordered a soup and sandwich, but the soup took an unbelievable 2.5 hours to reach our table. By then, we decided to request it to go because of the long wait.
My beef sandwich was served cold, and the bread was rock-hard—not toasted, just tough. I usually can't tell when something has been frozen, but my little brother's chicken had the unmistakable taste of being stored in the freezer for far too long.
On a positive note, our waitress was extremely nice and attentive, but unfortunately, none of these issues were her fault."
