"Cleanliness is a big priority for me, and I found the utensils to be quite unsanitary. The pho itself had a decent flavor, but we had to request the fresh herbs, and the quality of the meat was poor—mostly fatty and thin pieces. To make matters worse, the staff started mopping and moving chairs around 30 minutes before closing, which made us feel rushed. They even informed us about closing just five minutes before the hour. We arrived around 8:10 PM, which I understand might be close to closing, but it’s now clear that we won’t be returning.
To top it all off, my boyfriend discovered a hair in his bowl halfway through his meal. The staff doesn’t wear hairnets, so I can’t say for certain where it came from, but it certainly didn’t appear to be his hair. Overall, our experience was far from satisfactory."
