"Complete failure!Order on-line for delivery at 5:45pm. At 7:15 I finally lose my patience and call. I wait on hold for 7 minutes and when someone finally answers, they inform me that someone entered my on-line order into their system as pickup NOT delivery. What this means is that Bacci has:1. No integration of THEIR on-line orders with their system 2. No quality control on entering order data into their system.3. No process to notify someone when their pickup order has been sitting there for more than an hour.4. No employees at the Elmhurst location paying attention to any of this, and...5. No customer service policy to make it right for a customer whose Friday evening with their family has been completely ruined.I'm holding my breath to find out if the person on the phone that said they would cancel and refund my order will actually do it.Bacci management and processes are TERRIBLE.Tonight, they lost a perpetuity of $100+ orders. Lifetime value of customer forfeited."

"Ive been to Mallies but years ago. I didn't care for it then but figured I would give it another chance. My son and I went Tuesday and it was awful. Started with the service being super slow. It was only us and a couple other tables so it wasnt busy at all. 1st tried ordering multiple appetizers but she said no one made night before so they don't have. Ok that's fine ordered gouda Mac n cheese appetizer and it was basically water. Then my son ordered fettuccine alfredo and she came back saying no noodles. So he changed the noodles to something else. I got a Philly steak and it was disgusting. There was hardly any meat in it and the meat that was there was burnt and charred. For a 53.00 lunch I expected more. Also the oil the onion rings were cooked in needs to be changed because those were disgusting as well."

"In terms of accessibility, there is plenty of parking in the shared shopping center. The restaurant is also kid-friendly, as they made accommodations for my little ones and were very patient. There is handicap parking nearby and a ramp to the left of the store, although it is a little steep. I would recommend parking on the upper side to avoid the steep ramp. The chairs can also be removed from the table to accommodate wheelchairs. Overall, I highly recommend this restaurant for a dine-in dinner. The price per person is very reasonable, ranging from $10 to $20. I would give the food, service, and atmosphere a perfect score of 5. I highly recommend the Combination Pho and Spring Rolls, and there is a large selection of vegetarian options available. Parking is plentiful and free."

"I’ve been wanting to try this place for a long time. I love gyros and shawarmas. I went in and they allowed me to sample their gyro meat because there are a lot of middle eastern places where the gyros are dry and sliced too thick. Theirs was perfect! The garlic sauce is AMAZING. I will warn the get crowded during lunch on weekdays as it’s in a business center. But I will be back. And the salad is delicious "

"We ordered a combo plate and chicken biryani. The customer service was very poor. I would like to note to the restaurant that when they bring the food to the customers, they should check with them to see if they need anything or how to eat the food. It is important to ensure that customers' needs are being met. Unfortunately, there was no communication after our food was brought to the table. My biggest complaint is that the chicken kabab cubes were completely uncooked. The price of $19.99 for the combo plate is expensive, and if the food is not cooked properly, it is not worth the money. We had to throw away the chicken. The rice in the chicken biryani was overcooked and watery, but still edible. Overall, the meal was expensive, costing around $39 for two small plates (chicken biryani and combo plate). This review is reflecting on the poor customer service and expensive, uncooked food. I will not be returning to this restaurant."

"First time ordered from this place and it was a customer service disaster. Pasta was delivered in the bottom of a paper bag. Manager blamed Door Dash but I am sure Door Dash did not open the container and spill it. Obviously not packaged correctly. Spoke to the 'manager ' who would not let me even finish my questions and was confrontational. Instead of making me a happy customer she argued with me and kept telling me to call Door Dash (which is not prominent on their site). If Door Dash is their delivery service they should have to taken responsibility. She should have credited me for a meager $10 but instead lost a good customer-we have pizza every week and will NEVER order from this place again. Amateur, untrained management clueless on customer service. Very disappointed. Stay away."

My partner ordered Pumpkin Curry with a spice level of 3, and I opted for the Pad See Ew with a spice level of 5. We also ordered a Tom Yum soup and a Pork Bun appetizer. I'd say that the spice level of 5 correlates to a mild medium salsa while the spice didn't hit immediately, it built to a slow burn. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my dining experience, and I'd heartily recommend this Thai spot, especially since my judgment of the storefront did not line up with my experience of the indoor dining space."

"Probably one of the best fast food chains out there. Although it 's been tough for the chain that expanded so fast in the '90 's. This, I believe is the last Yoshinoya in the Silicon Valley. The Santa Clara, downtown San Jose locations have sinced closed. The only other store that I 've seen in California is in Glendale. Today I got the beef and Teriyaki chicken Combo bowel. For the price, decent helpings of protein, along with rice and some mixed vegetables. The mixed veg is bland, but you won 't find veg servings this big in any American fast food joint. The topping of sesame seeds and green onions is a nice touch. So overall, lots of protein for the price, consistant product, at good value. Ya can 't beat that."

"According to Google, their website, and even the sign posted on the door, they were supposed to be open until 2 am. "I LOVE beef bowls. This love comes from my time living in Japan many years ago. Beef bowls were a staple of my diet back then. Now that Yoshinoya is here stateside, I am more than happy to be able to still enjoy them. Likes: The beef bowls are wonderful. The quality of the rice isn’t as good here as it was in Japan, that’s to be expected. The thinly sliced beef and onions are the star, and are exactly the same. Yes! The side dishes are kind of alien. In Japan the side dishes are very traditional Japanese: miso soup; salad; raw egg (really good, I miss it). It still seems really weird to be able to get a beef bowl with cake or cookies or potatoes. Dislikes: the cleanliness of the restaurant is what always bothers me. The tables are almost always grungy and in need of being wiped. Also the place smells kind of weird."
