"So the food is good we enjoyed it mostly.... however... it's important you know ahead of time that this is entirely self service... the reason why I mention this is because when you pay, immediately the screen requests the tip, which I gave a good for our table, not knowing that even the water and utensils we had to get them ourselves. I mention this because I truly think that tipping is reserved for when you get service, otherwise, it's getting out of hand. I have to stand and get to the front several time to retrieve my food, and still your tipping suggestions reflect what you would do in a regular restaurant where service is provided... Not ok..."
