Interestingly, you can get your food faster by ordering in-person since they seem to prioritize those waiting at the restaurant. They tend to focus on orders that have complaints, but I prefer not to complain, so I just give them extra time for my orders. The pitas are not homemade and are served cold, but given the price of the family meal, I can't really complain. The chicken comes out with crispy skin right from the rotisserie, which is great. I'm not a fan of garlic sauce, but everyone else around me loves it, so maybe it's just me and my taste preferences."
