"This is a great spot for Mexican cuisine, offering a wide variety of dishes to choose from. After dining here several times and sampling many items, I've never been disappointed. Their margaritas are truly one-of-a-kind. The staff is friendly and attentive, making for a pleasant experience. Jalapeños has also won numerous local community awards. The only downside is that the location could be better, as it's somewhat tucked away from the main street."

"What's going on with you guys rice??? This is the second time I bought rice from over there and It's rotten rice. I had to throw the whole thing away. Also, your beans are salty. What's happenning to you guys?? This place use to have the best cooks! I supported you guys for a long time. Every week I use to be there at times. Did you guys change cooks??? "Well another morning where I'm waiting 10 minutes in a drive through to get a breakfast burrito and there's only two people in front of me. They cover up their window with paper so you won't see the lady texting on her phone or making a phone call and your food just sitting their. They may even forget your salsa then charge you a 1.00 for a small cup. I paid 5.00 for this burrito that's just potato and cheese that's no bigger then a taco bell burrito. And look at the quality of these potatoes, fried potatoes in a breakfast burrito, disgusting....seriously....come on Tamale kitchen!!! You can do better then that!!! You can tell this establishment is family run and there's no one overseeing operations that's creating and accountability system geared towards the guest experience. Place sucks. Take your business to Ralibertos on Wadsworth!"

"The food was disappointing. It seems the restaurant could benefit from having a seasoned manager to understand that dining is about more than just the food coming out of the kitchen. We arrived on a relatively quiet evening and were seated right away. While we were given chips and salsa, it took 45 minutes for a waiter to come over to take our drink orders. After that, he took our food order. It was another 20 minutes before our drinks arrived, but there was an issue with the order. After an additional 15 minutes, our beverage order was finally brought to the table along with our food. I observed that another table had a much better flow to their dining experience; they were enjoying their drinks, conversing, potentially ordering appetizers, and savoring their meal with desserts to follow. I truly believe that the restaurant could increase its profits significantly by focusing more on the service aspect."

"I have been a loyal customer and a family friend for a long time, and I can confidently say that they provide exceptional customer service. They always have a great selection of products, including canned goods and meats, and they accept WIC, EBT, and debit cards. Their chicken is some of the best around. If you’re ever in the neighborhood and feel hesitant, just stop in; you won’t regret it. While the area might not be the best, if you go in with a positive attitude and stick to what you need to do, you'll be just fine. The owners know how to make customers feel welcome and valued, which keeps me coming back, even if I can't visit as often as I used to. I have a lot of respect for this establishment, and I pray that they continue to thrive and be blessed with prosperity."
