"I really enjoy the new chocolatey pretzel McFlurry at this restaurant! The sign says they are open until 3am, and it seems like they are because they are still serving customers past midnight. However, when I went shortly after midnight, all of the menu signs were off. It's not a big deal, but it made it a bit confusing as I couldn't see what items they offered at this location."

"We made a mobile order before we clocked out for our 30 minute lunch. We pulled up to the mobile curbside parking spot and waited 15 minutes until my coworker went in, where the staff argued about wether his order was mobile or not. Other people weresitting in the rest of the curbside spots for a long time too!! One guy left because he had been there as long as we had!!Unacceptable. We were late clocking back in ????"

"I came here with a mobile order to pick up. It was too late at night, so I could only pick up at Drive Thru. At the speaker, They told me to go to the second window. The second window I see is a pick up window. By The time i get there, They told me to go back to the window I passed, and they said that was the second window. Which makes me go back in line again. The Pay here window told me again that the pickup window is the second window. This really creates confusion. They could have just labeled Window 1/2 or say something like go to the Pick up window or pay window."

"The woman who brought my food seemed to recognize me and remarked that she was the only one who delivers my orders. This was my first time ordering takeout from McDonald's. She was friendly and made me laugh, but I found it funny that she thought she knew me when we had actually never met before."

"This particular McDonald's is frustrating, if you come there in the morning time the lobby is clean and people seem to get their food fast with good to decent customer service. But it is another story at night time, the lobby is a mess. And the employees are very unhappy and it shows. If you go here at night please check your food. Sometimes you get all your food, sometimes you get somebody else food. I visit here at least twice a week and my fries are always soggy and limp it is very seldom that I get fresh fries.. how is this possible?? Everybody love McDonald's fries but not from this location! And you better ask for ketchup, jelly napkins or any other sauces if you don't it will not come with. Overall very inconsistent"

"A normal McD's. Clean, airy and currently not too crowded. Had a nice hot coffee with a friend this morning after the rounds in Chinn Aquatics. Outside was brutally cold today. But inside was also extremely cold. I wonder if they keep the thermostats deeper because of Kovid. Or maybe to encourage people not to linger, they are too long for Kovid. One section had people at two different tables, so we had the small section closer to the street and there was no one else. That was nice. Except we freeze"

"I indulge in two McDonald's breakfasts a week. I always go for the same thing - the number 2 meal which includes a sausage McMuffin with egg, a hash brown, and a large diet coke or coffee. I used to switch locations depending on my route to work, but this particular location is consistently the best and serves the most delicious breakfast. Everything is always just right...every time! It looks exactly like the picture, which is rare to find. If I have to get this meal anywhere else, I am usually disappointed. This location should teach others how to make the perfect breakfast sandwich."

"My mom and I visited this McDonald's at 6:40 pm on Sunday, June 9th. Unfortunately, our Big Mac was served cold. Firstly, we had to wait for our food and sauces. When I mentioned that the food was cold, the employee accused me of harassing him. My mom even ended up throwing up because of the cold sandwich. When I asked for napkins, he insulted me by calling me blind and told me to look for them in a place where they weren't even placed. He immediately accused me of harassing him just for pointing out the issue with the food. The other employees did not offer any assistance and were rude, laughing amongst themselves. The customer service was awful."

"If I could give this place zero stars, I would. This is the fifth time I’ve visited this McDonald's in the last three days, and my fries have not been fresh each time, despite my request. Additionally, there was no ranch dressing in my bag, even though I specifically asked for it multiple times. I had to keep returning to get more. I'm extremely disappointed. The McDoubles are a solid 10/10, which is the only reason I'm giving one star. Food: 1, Service: 1, Atmosphere: 1."

"I was disappointed to say the least. I ordered for curbside, their curbside pick-up sign is on the handicap spaces. I was there for over 20 minutes just waiting. The drive-through was so much faster. Two of the 10 packs of chicken nuggets only had 9 nuggets, so the kids complained. There was also no ketchup packets but I'll let that slide since the app said ketchup wasn't available while I was making the order. There was also a mob of angry people also waiting for food that had come after me before I left. I wish you luck."

"This restaurant was okay. A mishap occurred during our meal - while I was eating a fish sandwich, my friend found something black and hard in their food. Despite not knowing exactly what it was, we brought it to the manager's attention. They promptly apologized, refunded our entire order, and made us new dishes. "The lines for drive thru ordering are long especially during high traffic hours, almost need a 3rd ordering station. I may try online ordering, it may go faster but I don't want to leave car to enter restaurant and I may have to get in line just to pick up food. Food is usually well made to order but frequently my order has been messed up (wrong condiments, wrong sandwich, missing fries, missing sandwich). I once ordered extra tartar sauce in fish and instead got none on my 2 fish, even though charged for the extra. I miss eating inside this remodeled and very clean restaurant."

"This is the fastest drive-thru in Clark's Summit, usually taking less than five minutes even during busy times, with easy access back onto the highway in either direction. The experience is always cheerful and helpful, and I’ve never encountered an issue over numerous visits. The coffee is excellent, and the food is always hot, fresh, and perfectly prepared. "waited 15min in my car on place 3 for a curb-side job, just to find out after I went in and I saw how the wut went out, just to hear “the one who took this curb-side order?” nobody in this load knew what was going on or who took it out? a kerl literally looked around said “kurbside order what are you talk?” I would give him 1 star, but the manager stepped in, personally made my order and gave it to me. the personal is müll. I understand they're busy. but they should not just give someone else another person's food."
