"I used to really enjoy this restaurant, but my experience with online orders has been frustrating. They consistently get my order wrong, especially my tacos, and never include the toppings I request. I'm not sure if they just aren't paying attention, but this has happened multiple times now, and it's becoming quite ridiculous."

"Usually I don?t write reviews, but when we went to the restaurant, we ordered and everything was fine, except when we checked in the car if everything was there we saw the kids meal had no juice, we went in to say they ?it?s not on the order? but it comeswith it anyways. We have no other complaints except for the fact that the burrito was a bit poorly wrapped. My expectationswere high from the first times they went but today they set the bar low"

"What a treat! I'm not hungry at all after my visit to Famous Burrito—I’m completely stuffed! The tacos, burritos, and enchiladas were incredibly delicious. I had a 3-taco dinner with al pastor, pollo, and puerco, and I thoroughly enjoyed it. The chile relleno was also fantastic, and I savored every sip of the homemade horchata. If you're in the Hoffman Estates/Bartlett area and love great food, you absolutely must stop by Famous Burrito!"

"Tired of not getting what I paid for. They should practice showing you your to go order before putting food in bag. It's happened to me too many times. All of a sudden condiments are as precious as gold. 1 salsa or hot sauce per 4 tacos. Complete bs. Order a quesadilla. Do you get sour cream and guacamole? Maybe maybe not. I don't think they know the answer."

"This place was a late night hero for me!! I was in Oakland visiting my cousin and after a late night of dancing I had a crazy appetite but nothing was open! After a quick google maps search of open food I came across this gem. Super friendly staff! I already knew I wanted steak tacos but when I got up to their window and saw the options of pork, grilled chicken or shredded chicken, all kinds of beef cuts and veggie I almost changed my mind. My steak (asada) tacos came with onion cilantro and salsa and I wouldn?t have changed anything about them!"

"Come here regularly for my favorite snacks. They have many great options like ice cream, nachos, chips, tostilocos, corn in a cup, aguas frescas and much more. My favorite is a biónico which it has your preferred fruit chopped in a small pieces and added your choice of yogurt for toppings I always add pecans, coconut and granola. "I get the impression that this restaurant does not prioritize its customers. They seem to overlook the fact that without us, they wouldn't have a business or jobs. I just can't support a place that lets its unprofessional and rude staff mistreat patrons. After seeing similar reviews, it's evident that this behavior is common. Although it's a convenient location in the neighborhood, I would prefer to spend my money where it’s valued. Besides, their offerings are quite limited anyway."
