"I have always enjoyed the brunch at this restaurant, but my recent visit was disappointing. The floor was dirty, there was a large piece of chicken under our table, we didn't receive some items we asked for like jam for the toast, and the windows were smudged. It seems like the restaurant has become complacent and things are starting to slip, whether it be in terms of cleanliness, service, or food quality."
