"I've visited this restaurant several times before and have always been impressed with the food, service, and atmosphere. However, my recent experience on Mother's Day was disappointing, despite the place not being busy. I ordered a medium-cooked hamburger with truffle fries, but the burger was overcooked and dry, while the fries were bland and stale. I ended up leaving most of the food uneaten. I'm usually willing to spend a good amount on dining out, but this meal was truly terrible—I'd have preferred a meal from McDonald's. I hope the restaurant takes more care with its cooks and servers in the future."
