"Awesome drinks every time. Customer service is hit or miss. Most times I get great service, fast. One time, an employee made my drink without the two key ingredients because they ran out of one, and she “didn't like” how the fruit looked. Yet she made no mention of either in advance, made the drink and sold it to me as-is. When I noticed it before even putting a straw in, she explained why she made it that way, and made no attempt to see if I wanted something else instead."
