"Today, I went to collect the cake, and when I opened it, I was disappointed to find it lacked sprinkles, colors, or any festive decorations—nothing that matched my description. To make matters worse, when I asked if she could add "HBday" to the cake, she said it wasn't on the order form and that she "didn’t have time." Then she bluntly asked, “Do you want the cake?” I responded, “Well yeah, it’s her birthday."
I’m really shocked by the experience. While the cake itself is fine, albeit quite basic, my 5-year-old won’t mind it. However, the customer service was terrible. I won't be returning to this place again. If you do decide to go, I recommend taking a photo of your order form and don’t expect to be treated like a valued customer."
