"The food is good, and it's conveniently located near my home, but I'm often underwhelmed when I pick up carryout for six people. Even though I live just six blocks away, the timing of my orders leaves much to be desired. It's frustrating that they struggle to prepare a pizza, wings, and a hoagie to be ready at the same time. This has happened multiple times. On my last visit, they did replace the wings, which were ready about 15 minutes before the pizza that they forgot to make. Although the restaurant seems to have plenty of staff, suggesting they are a good employer, their order coordination is consistently unreliable. I’ve noticed this issue often in other restaurants that claim to value my business, especially those that rely on my patronage for their survival; they often struggle to manage in-store orders, delivery service, and takeout orders effectively. This Davanni's appears to be following that same trend."
