"In terms of service, we had to wait about 30 minutes for our table, but we were pleased to be greeted by a wonderful server. Unfortunately, by the end of our meal, the server seemed tired and disengaged. A simple thank you for our visit would have been appreciated, but instead, he turned his back while processing our payment and walked away.
Despite the busyness of the restaurant, we ordered the sharing fondue platter. The chocolate fondue itself was delightful, but the items on the platter felt like random packaged ingredients thrown together. The aerosol whipped cream on the soggy waffle was particularly disappointing. On a brighter note, the molten chocolate cake was a standout feature of our meal. We also tried the chicken fingers and waffle fries, which were excellent and something I would definitely order again.
As we made our way out, we walked past many patrons enjoying their meals, surrounded by fondue pots and burgers, creating a lively scene filled with camaraderie. Overall, I've always enjoyed our visits to Max Brenner with my family."
