"Girls weekend. We walked in and took a big deep breath to soak in the amazing smells. Rosemary, charcuterie, you knew it was going to a good night! They sat our group of 6 at a big table, family style bench seating. We had planned for 8 but 2 had last minute things come up but the table would've worked still. We ordered a pitcher of the Cava sangria. I loved that the server opened a fresh bottle and poured and stirred it into the pitcher of fruit. Ice was already in our glasses. Brilliant and not watered down already. We ordered a lot on the menu but our top favorites were the eggplant berenjenas con miel. We ordered a second plate and almost a third. The trout trucha Al horno entree was incredible. The skin was perfectly crispy and flavor was delicious. Loved the scallops vierias which were cooked perfectly. Later we got the recipe for the eggplant. It made that kind of impression and the overnight milk marinade process seemed very doable! Dessert was special and they recognized our birthdays with a small cake and candle. Very nice touch! Anita was a perfect waitress and took great care of us. Such a lovely evening of food and good conversations and perfect way to kick off our weekend. Highly recommend!"
