"We'll give it another shot. The Cuban sandwich was fantastic, with a perfect bite every time. The Caesar salad was crisp, and the dressing had a nice peppery flavor. However, the Silvana missed the mark for us. There was an abundance of rabe, but it wasn’t seasoned well. Additionally, the olive oil was too heavy, making the chicken cutlet soggy. A bit of vinegar would really elevate it. Hopefully next time will be better, right?"
