We were kindly allowed to move inside to the more formal dining area when requested. Tomato soup en croute was delicious as were the scallops and burger. Sadly the most expensive dish, Alaskan halibut was overcooked and dry, veggies would have been good if not over salted. If not for the disappointing halibut, the food would have earned or stars instead of For the price charged, halibut should have been excellent. Waitress offered no recourse when told it was overdone. Would be nice if the wine list had more reasonably priced selections, starting at about is a little steep. The French Chardonnay was very good as it better be for over I’ll think twice before making another journey to Truckee from Zephyr Cove for a dinner out at Moody’s"
