I chose the Ashley tasting menu, and the standout for me was definitely the bass. Both the broth and the bass were so exceptional that I almost wished they'd served them as two distinct dishes. I also have to mention the heart of palm dish. I've never been a huge fan of heart of palm, but this dish had the buttery texture of a perfect scallop—absolutely delightful.
