"Negative zero star if i could. I have to say this. Host was ok welcoming, but then everything went down the drain, when bussboy tossed our chips basket n salsa at our table and ran off… chips went flying .. And no words just a quick toss. We were not feeling it after that, but just to satisfy our stomach because we were soo hungry because of our long distance drive.. we gave it a try. Server was just plain n simple. No recommendations or anything. Did not bring utensils until we asked and we had all the food on the table. We call her to ask for utensil and she asked how many? … I think she was expecting us to eat with our fingers. For the Ice tea, and lemonade no refills nothing tea had a dirty water taste. So, We ordered the carne asada plate and chiken fajitas. Plain and simple like the server. Honestly, The carne asada had like and old piece of meat taste, sour, and it had a weird odor.. i felt like puking…for the chicken fajitas I had to add a lot of salt for taste. The rice was out of a package…thats forsure because of the taste, rice a roni has a better taste. The beans, my god! Where do they get their cooks or their products. those beans are worse than expired fried can beans. Of course we mention it to server, they dont cook it, but how dare you question my taste buds.. when mexican food does not taste like that. If I wanted a cheaper version i would of gone to taco bell. Rodrigos Mexican grill should be embarrassed adding “mexican” to their name. Where is Gordon Ramsey when you need him. ? Manager took off one little item of check.. what a shame. I still left a 5 buck tip. I didnt know what to feel after that, my anxiety kicked in and wanted to get the hell out of there. I had to use the restroom right after and there was no toiler paper.. wtheck… the whole management for this place is horrible. My stomach went sour as a arrive home but thats a situation for a different time, but that food contributed to that. Worse place I have ever eaten , and will never go back again or recommend it. They need to step it up or better said, they need to close down…"
