"I ordered plain chicken and cheese quesadillas, but instead, we received one filled with an excess of onions and peppers and barely any chicken. We never asked for peppers and onions, which are not listed on their online menu— only chicken and cheese is specified. When I called to clarify that we didn't order those ingredients, especially since my husband has severe reactions to peppers, the man on the phone informed me that I would need to purchase another quesadilla to fix the issue. How is it my responsibility to buy another item when it was their error? They also forgot another item that was supposed to accompany my order.
It's frustrating to think I have to spend more money for something that was their mistake. It feels wrong that they would take my money for an incorrect order without making an effort to resolve it. The quesadilla was untouched; we didn't eat it or request a replacement. We even offered to return it in exchange for the order we originally placed and paid for, but now it’s just in the trash, and I have to order something else for my husband. I feel cheated, and this experience was far from acceptable."
