"The restaurant needs to hire more staff, as the current employees are unable to manage the long lines during the morning rush. Customers are left waiting too long to place their orders and to pick them up. I ordered for my son's party two weeks ago and spent a considerable amount of money, but they did not meet my expectations. They were out of a product I wanted to pay for, and when I went into the bakery to address the issue, they didn’t even refund me for the item I didn’t receive—there wasn’t even an apology. It’s disappointing that this place lacks proper service."
