"We have visited this restaurant over ten times in the past year because it’s conveniently located and offers delicious food at a great value. We're familiar with the wait staff, and their service has always been good. However, the main issue is that reservations are often disregarded; regulars who come in without a reservation get seated promptly, while others, who aren’t favored by management, can end up waiting over an hour past their scheduled time. This was particularly frustrating during our last visit, and as a result, we are likely to look for a different dining option in the future. I hope the manager takes this feedback to heart and makes some necessary changes."
