"One star, because this is not about the food. Food is great, service is the problem. Ordered online, because I was on my way to far east Tulsa to a pot luck dinner. Money $20.06) was taken immediately, before I realized that it was WEST Tulsa location. I am in midtown, going east. Called immediately and was told I needed to call Grubhub. Told the woman I did not order through Grubhub, it was for pick-up. She was I still needed to call Grubhub. Okay, so I called Grubhub and was told they did not have my order. Even spoke with a supervisor, José. He was very nice, but verified they did not have the order. Called back Charlie's Chicken, and got the same woman trying to get me to call Grubhub. Had to yell to get her to listen to me. Advised that I had called Grubhub, they don't have my order, and I just want to cancel and get my money back. Finally, she said she would cancel my order and it would be refunded immediately. This is only the beginning of a HUGE problem! This all takes place on 12/27/2022. It is now 1/6/2023, and I have not seen hide nor hair of my money. I did get a call from the woman who handled this at the store, but still no name or money refunded. I just want my $20.06 refunded. I went to KFC and got wonderful, fresh chicken for my pot luck, and it only cost me two cents more. But I digress, I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY REFUND FROM CHARLIE'S CHICKEN WEST TULSA. I don't know what else to do. I have notified the administration at Charlie's Chicken west Tulsa, to no avail. I have notified the Better Business Bureau of Tulsa. No one seems to care, but I want my money back. I feel like I have been stolen from by Charlie's Chicken west Tulsa. I did not pick up the order, canceled it before it was prepared, it was not delivered to me. Do not order from this location unless you have money to just give them for nothing. Very disappointed in the lack of attention to this matter."
