"I just got stationed here and this has been one of the best experiences I've had! We came in about about 2 hours before closing and they sat us down immediately (party of 9/4 adults and 5 kids under 7) they were attentive and kind the kids loved the staff and the food. The only thing I would change is having a bigger stomach I wanted to eat more on the menu! My grandparents were born here, the food reminded me of my childhood visiting my gma. "Phenomenal food, definitely severely understaffed.... The waitress had zero table etiquette. Synopsis: group of 6, waited an hour and the food didn't come out. We had to return to work so we asked for to-go plates. Then we had to ask for plastic wear — you'd think the waitress would've asked us if we wanted to-go cups, but she didn't… …We left very frustrated"

"The food was quite good overall. I felt that some dishes could have used a bit more seasoning, but everything else was satisfactory. Lunch was definitely worth it. I also noticed that the public restrooms were some of the cleanest I've seen in the area. The restaurant itself is very clean, featuring a beautiful and spacious dining room."

"I had been looking forward to trying this restaurant. Our group of six visited, but we were disappointed. The shrimp dishes, including the pasta and wraps, were overcooked and quite chewy. The fried fish was just mediocre, although the salads were enjoyable. There weren't many choices for kids, and my in-laws were not impressed with the Cajun options either."
