"I had the worst dining experience of my life at this restaurant. I waited over an hour for my dinner, and to make matters worse, a family of four who arrived 30 minutes after us received their food before we did. When I went to pay for our drinks, the woman behind the counter told me that our drinks would be out soon. After another 10 minutes, she returned and said the drinks were on the house. However, when I went to settle the bill, she charged me for everything. I reminded her that she had said our drinks were free, and she responded that her manager wasn't there and, with an attitude, insisted that she wouldn't cover it. I was completely shocked by her behavior. I ended up paying for the food, which, while the steaks were well-cooked, came with just basic baked potatoes. I truly can't believe how I was treated, and I won't be returning."
