"The customer service I encountered really put me off from visiting. It left me feeling disheartened, and I wondered if I would have been treated better if I spoke Spanish, even though my English is perfectly fine. When I inquired about the price for the snow crab boil, once again I was told I’d have to come in or order online to find out the cost. It’s surprising that there’s no clear information available in California about this policy. I strongly suggest that they reconsider this approach or retrain their staff."
