"Black Bear is the sit-down restaurant in a truck stop full of fast food. I tend to eat here early, before crowds, and as such have good experiences. It's not gourmet. It's cafe food served by a growing chain. Last visit had the new breakfast sandwich (bacon, ham, egg) over medium. It was greasy, sloppy, and exactly what I wanted after driving since Vegas. I don't blame the waitresses for the cost. Or the traffic on the 15. Or how hot it is. And I get good service."
