"Located on the first floor of a building complex, La Place Deli serves up the surrounding local businesses by offering delicious breakfast and lunch foods. The staff is friendly and helpful in narrowing down what to eat. As my first time visiting, I quickly observed that everyone knew the staff and vice versa and it reminded me of how endearing relationships to local businesses are so important their success. I'm not crying, you're crying. The Foods Noteworthy selection of deli sandwiches, wraps, and breakfast items. There are cold bottled drinks and little snack items such as chips and cookies. Ortega Chicken Melt Grilled chicken breast, melted jack cheese, mayonnaise, lettuce, tomato, avocado, green chile, Dijon mustard on sourdough toast. Chicken breast is moist and tender. The mild green chile is cut open and laid out flat in between sandwich layers. Such a filling and satisfying sandwich! Macaroni Salad Comes with the sandwich. Served cold, it has a perfect coating of mayonnaise and peppered with pepper. It's a nice side dish to the sandwich. La Place Deli Feels Cozy and clean with a few tables indoors as well as covered seating outdoors. I decided to sit inside due to a heatwave currently sweeping through the area, but any other time, I'd rather be outside enjoying the mild temperatures and sunny weather.
