"The portion size was good, the staff is nice, but the issue I had was the wings had no seasoning on the meat or in the flour, and the oil tasted a lil burnt, they sprinkled some type of seasoning in the box as they were handing it to me and that was the only flavor it had other than burnt oil."

"The service was quite slow, and the restaurant felt understaffed. For the $15 price, the only redeeming aspect was the rice; the meat tasted stale, and the Mandi chicken honestly resembled Costco rotisserie chicken. Additionally, the dishes were accompanied by salsa on the side, which seemed unusual. Overall, this experience did not justify either the cost or the time spent."

"We've lived in Westford for a few years now and we never knew of this wonderful place until a few weeks ago! We're so happy we found this lovely gem of a restaurant.They have delicious food, affordable prices with a very friendly and personable staff which gives it a small town kinda feeling. What more could you ask for?! This is now our new favorite place and we will definitely be returning customers for sure. Me and my husband (Bo) would like to say thank you to everyone at Mario's restaurant and you're truly appreciated."

"food 5/5 ; prices 4/5 ; portions 5/5 ; service 5/5 ; operation 5/5 the food is great and the garlic paste is the best. you can see the bread cooking fresh and the eating is really well cooked. but they might want to give them some heads if they have more people. the prices are standard, of how $8 $20 for large portion meals. a chicken shawarma plate can feed 2 3 people that is great. the children's dishes are very well portioned, but still a little big, but I think that's okay. the service is fantastic. they are super nice and friendly and really want to meet them. they really want to take care of you like family. one of the workers even became a good friend of mine after he met on a hot day. for the facility I was only after 12 and it is usually (or always) quiet. it has a calmer atmosphere and everyone seems relaxed and not stressed. I've never had a problem here. they take care of their customers and make them feel like home. they never forget their order and treat them the highest respect."

"We go to Alba’s all the time but our recent experience was unsatisfactory. The main dining room was so noisy that we chose the outdoor enclosed patio which was fine. After getting drinks and ordering, our salads came in a timely manner but we then waited an hour for entrees. No one updated us or seemed to care. The food ultimately came and was fine but the wait and service was perfunctory at best. Not their finest hour"

"For starters, it was very difficult to get anyone to answer the phone to even book my stay let alone to answer any questions. When I finally talked to someone the woman was rude and not able to answer my question. Despite this, booked three rooms for 6of us for a weekend. The castle is pretty cool but old (that was expected). The beds were uncomfortable in all three roomsthough. It was not very clean. We booked the Haunted History Dinner which was horrible. We expected ghost stories that happenedin the castle along with a history on the people who built it and lived there. Instead it was pretty much a three hourcommercial for the guy 's paranormal you tube channel. Not to mention my 18 year old being singled out as a non believer by oneof the presenter 's assistants. It made my 18 year old very uncomfortable causing her to leave before the end. The food at thedinner was terrible. The chicken was dry and the proportions were totally uneven between plates. Where the dinner was held issurrounded by rooms and the spa. My daughter and niece stayed in a room off the dinner space which would have been awkward if wehadn 't been in the dinner. A couple did come out of the spa in robes in the middle of our dinner. They looked mortified andembarrassed! The bar drinks were decent but very expensive for Kirkland Vodka! The second night, my mom and sister 's room had aceiling leak. The staff couldn 't get a hold of the owner and apparently had no authorization to do anything. Finally anotherstaff person was called in from home and booked them a room in a nearby hotel. Rather than refunding their room, the ownerrefunded the brunch for the six of us, which was weird since we didn 't all move to a hotel. I would not recommend staying here.We did catch the end of a drag show after the boring dinner which was fun! I would say if you want to visit the castle go to thedrag show! Also, Lou was the best staff person there. He is awesome!"
