"I made a reservation through Open Table, but when I arrived, they couldn't find it. After being seated, we waited for 35 minutes without anyone acknowledging us. It was incredibly frustrating, especially since other guests who were seated after us were served before we received any attention. I will definitely not be returning. There are plenty of other restaurants that actually value my business!"
